It Takes Five


According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, it takes five to six open blossoms to claim that the cherries are in bloom. And when 80% of the blossoms are open, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. The few open ones I found today aren’t enough. However it won’t be long. Just a few more days of sunshine and the cherries will be in bloom.



The forsythia are in full bloom. A thousand yellow butterflies dancing in the spring breeze.
